Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with global finance teams to implement enterprise finance transformation and continuous improvements.
2. Lead the end-to-end finance accounting, Treasury and key functions implementation projects and post-live support.
3. Drive the global standardization processes, especially COA, entity structures, segment structures, profit/cost center, closing operations, budgeting, legal reporting and management reporting, etc.
4. Proactively identify issues and contribute to problem solving, build trust relationship with stakeholders and team members.
Key Performance Measures：
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting or related fields.
2. 8+ experiences of Finance accounting, Treasury and key functions implementation projects (SAP S4 preferred) and ongoing support.
3. Proven record of multiple successful Finance accounting, Treasury and key functions implementation projects (SAP S4 preferred) (at least 2).
4. Strong solution consulting experience in financial accounting, treasury, closing, reporting and E2E processes integration.
5. Strong solution consulting experience in financial management reporting, business intelligence, analytics and information management.
6. Strong knowledge of finance related processes, CPA will be a plus.
7. Real estate related industry, Fund and global project experiences will be a plus.
8. Demonstrated passion, self-motivation and strong ownership.
9. Excellent communication skills with clear and logical thinking ability
10. Proven record of collaboration with different functions/departments
11. Demonstrated vendor and project management skills.
12. Fluent Oral and Writing in English.
