2.与外部合作伙伴和业务团队合作实施ERP系统(Infor)并确保成功上线和持续支持。/Work with external partners and business team to implement ERP System (Infor) and make sure successful go-live and on-going support.

3.及时解决IT所有关键问题，确保业务顺利运行/Act as the escalation points for all critical IT issues. accountable for ensuring smooth business operation.

4.负责公司信息系统的管理和维护（ERP，内联网，微软365，服务器等），确保数据和网络访问的稳定性和备份的同时，坚持网络安全治理和监测政策，以保持一个安全和可靠的IT环境。/ Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's information systems (ERP, Intranet, Microsoft 365, servers, etc.), ensuring data and network access stability and backup while adhering to network security governance and monitoring policies to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.

5.根据EN9100的要求，为所有信息技术活动建立并维护适当的标准、政策、程序和流程。/ Establish and maintain appropriate standards, policies, procedures and processes for all IT activities in accordance with EN9100

6.与股东方的IT工程师合作，使所有实施系统符合中国/英国政府法规/ Work with IT engineer of shareholder to ensure all implementing systems compliant with China/UK government regulatory.

7.领导IT团队，帮助确定和评估他们的目标，分配任务，评估和监督他们的工作。/ Lead the IT team, help define and assess their objectives, assign tasks, evaluate, and monitor their work.

8.确保IT员工完全遵守公司的规则和条例，如EHS，安全等。/Ensure IT staff fully comply with company rules and regulations such as EHS, security etc.

9.确定IT团队和终端用户的培训要求，并根据需要协助创建知识和培训材料。/Identify IT team and end user training requirements and assist in the creation of knowledge and training materials as required.
