主要管巴黎世家上海的店铺，恒隆店铺人员的管理，销售指标的达成。直接汇报给区经。
1、完成店铺总体生意目标；
2、店铺的管理，库存管理，客户关系管理，有CRM的经验；
3、推动店铺提供服务；
4、并带领店铺同事有效提升顾客服务质素，完成公司营业额指标
