MISSION
Take the lead of employee experience design and renovate employee journey
JOB COMPETENCY:
- Be familiar with all HR key processes and functions
- Has a creative and open-mind and always already to adapt to new initiatives
- Keep an eye on both internal and external practices and can lead the project according to the aligned focus
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify key process to be renovated from the perspective of employee experience
- Seek possible solutions from headquarter, other department to design the experience journey
- Understand market practices and know how to
- Design journey and ensure the implementation of the new initiatives by working together with relevant departments
- Keep track the efficiency of new processes
- Maintain frequent communication with related teams and functions and be able to present brands leaders about all experience related new projects
OTHER KNOWLEDGE
Work closely within HR team, relevant department responsible and commercial teams
PROFILE:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR project management
