Involve in engineering design review for constructability and define quality plans for construction with project team and also involve in cost estimation.
Review and approve technical documents for construction and review the technical proposal on the construction package, and evaluate construction contract proposals, and ensure Design contractor and construction contractors implement applicable codes and practice in construction with good coordination to ensure proper execution.
Bachelor's degree or above in Civil/Structure/Architecture (CSA) engineering, water plumbing or related disciplines; 6+years working experience in project construction management, with 3+years related working experience in large project, successfully monitoring.
Construction progress, safety, manpower assessments, and controlling field changes
Good project management skill will be a plus.
