The position of Quality Manager reports to Plant Manager. 质量经理岗位汇报上级为工厂经理。
The key objective of this role is to be the steward of the HBF quality management, make sure our departments are matched with our defined ISO procedures and keep on improving quality. Manage QC daily inspection and continuous improvement process and system via SPC/CPk etc. results and other tool analysis该岗位为HBF质量管理的代表，确保工厂各部门符合我们定义的ISO程序，并持续改进质量。通过SPC/Cpk等结果和其他工具分析，管理QC日常检验和持续改进流程和系统。
PRIMARY DUTIES
Lead to manages QC080000, IATF16949, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 EHS/Quality system, Green Certificate system, procedure, records as facility quality management representative. 作为工厂质量管理代表领导管理QC080000, IATF16949, ISO9001, 14001, 45001 EHS/质量体系，绿色认证体系、程序、记录。
Chair monthly quality meeting, prepare weekly quality flash report, review quality objectives, such as customer complaints, customer return ratio, out of spec, and coordinate with other departments to make improvements happen. 主持月度质量会议，准备每周质量简报，审核质量目标，如：客户投诉，客户退货率，质量不合格，并与其他部门协调进行改进。
Coordinate customer visit to facility, lead internal quality audit, coordinate all customer quality audits and close subsequent follow-up actions. 协调客户对工厂的参观拜访，领导内部质量审核，协调所有客户质量审核并关闭后续行动。
Acts as facility contact for product quality issues, liaison between internal and external customer complaints with business, identifies improvement opportunities through customer complaint work process. 负责产品质量问题的处理，联系内部和外部客户投诉，通过客户投诉识别改进机会。
Manage monthly supplier complaint work process, evaluate supplier, raw material, package quality performance with sourcing and R&D when needed. 管理月度供应商投诉工作流程，必要时与采购和研发部门一起评估供应商、原材料、包装质量表现。
Manage and lead products and process internal audit and other quality theme activities. 管理和领导产品和过程的内部审核和其他质量主题活动。
Responsible for quality training, development and up-skilling of operation team members.负责运营团队成员的质量培训、发展和技能提升。
Manage lab testing and ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. 管理实验室测试工作，确保测量设备正确校准和维护。
Manage incoming raw material quality per defined Quality management process. 根据质量管理流程管理控制来料质量。
Arrange process and finish goods testing, analyze the testing results through SPC/Cpk method to improve product quality continuously. 安排过程测试和成品测试，通过SPC/Cpk等方法分析测试结果，不断提高产品质量。
Working with sourcing and relative department to support monthly supplier complaint work process, evaluate raw material, package quality performance when needed.与采购及相关部门合作，协助每月供应商投诉工作，需要时评估原材料、包装质量表现。
EHS relative system and file assistance. 环境安全健康相关系统和文件的协助。
Collaborate with Production, EHS, Engineering, Logistic, SOP and other internal functions to ensure customer and business needs are always delivered, hassle free and at the lowest cost possible based on the foundation of Operational Excellence. 与生产，EHS，工程，物流，SOP和其他内部职能部门合作，确保客户和业务需求能够及时交付，并达到低成本为基础的卓越运营。

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree major in chemistry. 化工本科以上学历
Minimum 3 years quality management experience. 年以上质量管理经验
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application – especially Excel, PowerPoint. 办公软件应用熟练—尤其是Excel、PowerPoint等
Excellent analytical skills and conflict resolution skills. 卓越的分析和冲突解决技巧
Good English reading and written ability. 优良的英文读写能力
IATF16949 certification experience is preferred. 16949体系认证管理经验优先
Be able to work under pressure. 抗压能力强
