Job Description

• Develop GC playbook aligning with company Asia Strategy
• Adapting and facilitating the Concept Development process from workback to
execution across functions
• Design and keep optimizing end-to-end door process including application,
review/approval, execution and tracking, across both wholesale and direct, and thru
local and global system
• Provide timely door performance analysis/dashboard and identify key action plan
with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop mutli-dimensional data and digital capabilities to support surgical mapping
execution and marketplace assessment
• Long term, continuous improvement cycle of our Concepts & capabilities

10+ years experience in retail marketplace and Project Management
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong attention to detail and proactive communicator
Experience partnering across functions
Keynote and presentation experience; ability to pull ideas together in a compelling way
Passion for consumer experience, inquisitive nature and retail industry knowledge preferred
