Job Description

As a global business operating across multiple time zones and regional locations, much of the success of the programme will be dependent on the engagement of Zespri’s key stakeholder audiences in each region and market. Stakeholder engagement and business change management commencing for Tranche 1 are critical success factors for the Horizon SteerCo.

The purpose of the Regional Implementation Coordinator is to be the local Region’s core point of coordination for the execution of the Regional Implementation Plan. The role is to work proactively to ensure all the region’s Horizon implementation activity is undertaken before, during, and after Tranche 1 go-live.

The Regional Implementation Coordinator is responsible for completing tasks from the plan as assigned whilst coordinating planned tasks across the SME, Super-Users, End-Users, customers and suppliers within the region or market whilst reporting progress to plan.

Accountabilities
Collaborate with the Regional Implementation lead and wider Programme OCM Team to provide input and own the Regional Implementation Plan.
Track the Region’s Business Readiness and Change Readiness activities in line with the Programme and Regional Implementation Plans.
Work with the local SMEs and Super-Users in the regional context to ensure that local variations to global proposed solutions are well canvassed and understood.
Understand the broader design decisions and to act as the bridge between a global solution and local variations.
Help inform the global and regional Benefits Realisation plan
Have a strong sense of customer needs and essentially act as a trusted business partner both with the local team and broader project team.
Have a strong focus on simplification and standardization and overarching guidelines
Support the Programme’s communication processes within the region, and be an additional reference point for the local teams for programme information.

Qualifications
Advanced business analysis and reporting skills
Prior qualifications or experience in large scale digital transformation or change management orientated projects


Technical Capability
Previous experience across process & systems or major transformations would be beneficial.
Experience with end-to-end supply chain systems and technical solutions (e.g. SAP etc.)
Experience in Project and Change Management – ideally in process / technology related fields
Experience with operating in different geographies / jurisdictions.
Ability to travel
