Responsibilities:
API export
- Identify suppliers, negotiate and conclude the purchase of API
- Strengthen relationship with suppliers to secure supply
API business development
- Closely work with overseas colleagues to understand their needs and strategy for development
- Monitor market and propose new opportunities
Audit & Technical Support
- Prepare and perform GMP audits to Chinese suppliers & ensure the GMP compliance of
Chinese suppliers
- Support to handle the QA related issues include but not limited to Technical / Quality
Agreements, Changes, Specifications, Quality related complaints
- Support to handle the regulatory affairs issues include but no limited to submission of
ASMF & USDMF, response to the authority deficiency letters, insurance of LOAs and LOEs
- Guide suppliers to understand and reach quality requirements.

Experience
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in sourcing and export of API.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in different countries for pharmaceutical products,
e.g. EU
• Good understanding of production process, raw material supply and domestic market
• Solid experience in international trading (including INCOTERMS and documentation)
• Experience in foreign enterprise a plus
• Experience in importing intermediates a plus
