Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
As a Business Development Supervisor, you’ll be part of our China GTS Commercial team located in Shanghai, China. You’ll get to:
• Acting as industry expert in at least one of our focused industries-infrastructure & construction, general manufacturing, railway, automotive, off-road transportation, power grid & energy for current and future profitable sales growth by executing our market growth
• Developing, maintaining and executing industry sales growth plans to achieve sales and profit targets
• Pursuing new projects by working with sales on identifying new opportunities, maximizing potential, and growing market share
• Increase direct customer engagement with target vertical customers
• Leverage multi-brand portfolio to deliver total solutions to our customers
• Co-ordinate with Regional Sales, Technical Solutions & Offline Marketing to engage end customer
• Agree on best supply partner based on customer preference with Regional Sales team
• Work with Product Management for New SKUs strengthen portfolio

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT
• Bachelor degree minimum (Preferably with an Engineering or related majors)
• 5+ years’ experience of business development and segment penetration, must have experience in direct customer engagement
• Strong China industry knowledge, know very well about vertical industry segment in infrastructure & construction/general manufacturing/railway/automotive/off-road transportation/power grid & energy
• Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
• Proven conceptual, analytical and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
