2. Assume Cross-function Rotation & Assignments including:
Smart Manufacturing consulting projects: Participate in assigned Smart
Manufacturing consulting projects in both pre-sales and delivery processes under the
supervision of project manager, and apply smart manufacturing and lean manufacturing
methodologies in different project modules.
智能制造咨询项目：在项目经理的指导下，参与售前和交付过程中指定的 智能制造
咨询项目，并在不同的项目模块中实践应用智能制造和精益制造方法。
• Cross functional assignments: Work with cross-function teams to get familiarized with the
major industries and customer types serves in China so to maximize the business output,
and learn to collaborate with both internal key stakeholders and external partners to deliver
the expected results.
跨部门任务：与跨部门团队合作以熟悉 在中国服务的主要行业和客户类型，从而最大限度
地提高业务产出，并学会与内部主要利益相关者和外部合作伙伴合作以达到预期目标。
• Internal productivity improvement projects: Work with function sponsors to explore continuous
improvement opportunities within the functions and take lead on the identified projects to
improve productivity.
